At PaperMaker, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital educational services.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all subscriptions and services. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests can be made for reasons including, but not limited to, accidental purchase, duplicate payment, or service-related issues. All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
After the 14-day period has passed, refunds may not be available unless required by applicable law.
Service Delivery
PaperMaker provides digital educational services only. All features, including test creation and question paper generation, are delivered digitally through the user’s online account and become available immediately after successful payment confirmation.
No physical goods are shipped.
